Easy Lunchtime Salad
Ingredients: -Several handfuls mixed spring greens.
-Two diced green onions.
-Handful of nitrate-free pepperoni, diced.
-Healthy sprinkling of gomasio (sesame seeds with sea salt and sea vegetables).
-Olive oil and apple cider vinegar.
